TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Client wishes to be provided with Event Planning Services by Diamond Soriee Event Planners and the Event Planner agrees to provide the Services to the Client on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.1 Services: The Event Planner shall provide the following services (“Full Event Planning Services”) to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: [Full or Partial Service Event Planning]

Reservations:  Upon your agreement as stated in verbal communications, emails or signed agreement or other electronic devises, Diamond Soriee Event Planners will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Retainer of 50% of the service fee is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the event is cancelled for any reason; including acts of God, national health pandemics causing social distancing, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The Reservation Retainer is to be paid at time of signing the contract or stating through written email from client. The Reservation Retainer is applied toward the contracted event service package. The client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the event planning service package described in the contract is due 30 days prior to the special event.

1.2 Fees: As consideration for the provision of the Services by Diamond Soriee Event Planners , the fees for the provision of the Services is [as specified through contract] (“Fees”). The Client [shall] pay for the Event Planner’s out-of-pocket expenses comprising [upon client agreement or provided invoice].  Deposits are not refundable thirty days or less prior to initially scheduled and retained event date.  If your event is rescheduled due to anything outside natural occurrences such weather related incidents or government shutdown you will receive a fifty percent refund.

Cancellations: In the event that the client cancels the contracted services for the special event outlined in this agreement before the scheduled event takes place, the Retainer & all remaining monies owed per contracted complete payment amount & will be forfeit as services rendered as the contracted date has been reserved strictly for the client. If the client cancels within 30 days of retainer date, all monies, in full, outlined in original contract will be due.

1.3 Payment: The Client agrees to pay all the fees to the Event Planner of Diamond Soriee Event Planners 5 days prior to the event dates as discussed. The Event Planner shall invoice the Client for the Services that it has provided to the Client 5 days prior to the event]. The Client shall pay such invoices within 5 days of receipt from the Event Planner. Any charges payable under this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes and such shall be payable by the Client to the Event Planner of Diamond Soriee Event Planners in addition to all other charges payable here under.   Clients are responsible for event costs of all planning made between the point of cancellation and last payment received.

1.4 Law of Ethics and Morals: For any reason the client feels that Diamond Soriee Event Planners is not upholding contract Ethics, the client must in writing, relinquish obligation to any remaining Retainers owed for the remaining services due to be rendered within 30 days of event. In the event that Diamond Soriee Event Planners feels as if the client is jeopardizing the professional & personal image of Diamond Soriee Event Planners, Diamond Soriee Event Planners will provide Contract Addendum sent Certified mail with all evidence of Ethical & Moral neglect & defamation to relinquish all further services & Retainer fees at Contract signing are non-refundable as stated as services rendered thus far.

1.5 Final Payments not made 30 days prior or agreed due date to event as determined in this contract, agreement or invoice will be subject to a $100 late payment fee and late payment fee along with remaining balance is due no later than 5 business days prior to Event.
